About Us

Epsilon is a product of not just a seed of an idea but a tree of passion, conceived by phenomenally thoughtful duo Ian & Sammie, who have nurtured the dream of helping people with special needs achieve independence while living and meeting life’s dreams and set targets/goals.

This dream was finally birthed in 2022. At Epsilon we do not only thrive to be successful at what we do, we are at the heart of everyone who comes across our services, underpinned by the value and impact we make in the manner and style in which we deliver care. We are fully aware that people have become accustomed to being cared for, we add extra layers of a life-enriching, person-centered, need-assessed type of care. As such, each person feels like they are the only one within the space at each time. We deliver care in a way that it illuminates the mind to feel energetic and re-energised.

We love what we do, and we are dedicated and committed to growth with the mindset to always deliver on our promise and core mission, and vision goals.

Who we Are

We are the preferred support service provider for commissioners, local authorities, GP, and family members. Epsilon is committed to transforming care and support for individuals with a learning disability and/or autism who display behaviours that challenge them, including those with a mental health illness. Our service model is designed to support people within the community either in their homes or in supported living accommodations. It doesn’t matter if it’s for a few hours or ongoing support, our uniquely packaged support pathways are so dynamic and adaptable to meet a wide range of individual needs.
We also support those moving out of hospital or unsuitable placements who desire to live more independently, growing in confidence and self-esteem.

By working closely with individuals, their loved ones and professionals, we prioritise empowering the people we support and their families to reach their goals/full potentials in the least restrictive way. Our focus is to support people in the activities of daily living to enable them live a normal independent life whilst offering an extra layer of safety in a person-centered rather than problem-centered way. With a team of staff committed to continuity of support, matched with evidence-based positive risk-taking procedures, users are able to lead active and fulfilling lives and better positioned to fulfill their aspirations and achieve social and economic inclusion.
