Our Model
We clearly understand the rationale behind a real separation between the provision of support and accommodation. In particular, the separation between quality housing and support makes it possible to change one without having to change the other. This is in the best interest of the service user and thus allows them to retain their homes even if their care provider changes which offer them greater security. This is fundamental to ESL, and bearing this in mind, we partner with landlords, Supported Living Property Network and Supported Living Gateway in order to bridge this gap and provide our users homes that is their home. Our flexible model separates these two, and a user can choose to take on a package of support, housing or both.

Where we provide accommodation, this will be set in a quiet, well-located and well-managed residence that offers a spacious and comfortable environment with a 24-hour dedicated support team led by our comprehensively trained, experienced and committed Registered Manager. Our strategy is to utilise small-medium sized properties of about three-four bedrooms to allow a good staff-user ratio and maximise support. We will source for properties that are close to local amenities with good transport links.
