Service Coverage
Our service users can choose to enjoy living with friends and peers in the community in the comfort of their homes or in one of our safe, happy and peaceful households in and around Taunton. Regardless of where a service user chooses to receive care and support, service will be provided in accordance with Reach Standards and the Real Tenancy Test.

Supported living services
We provide specialist-supported living services for adults with Complex care needs, Mental Health difficulties, Learning Difficulties & Autism spectrum. Our life-enriching SLS provides;

- All round the clock (24/7) staff support within the facility.
- Small size accommodation with a maximum of 4 persons to ensure that we provide person-centered care that is tailored to individual needs in a natural and calming environment.
- Recovery and outcome-based support.
- Pathway to own tenancies.
- Servicer user mix that is gender, age and risk profile sensitive.
- Assist in finding safe, affordable housing and assuring that program participants live in the least restrictive setting possible.
- Support in accessing and understanding medical services.
- Provide payee-ship and budgeting support for those who need assistance in managing their finances.
- Offer training and life skill building both in the home and the community to promote independence.
- Encourage individuals to participate in activities that align with their interests.
- Provide opportunities for community integration and community inclusion
Young people
We support young people aged between 16+ by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friendships.
Our services specialise in supporting young people facing homelessness, including those who are:
- Care leavers or looked after children (over 16).
- Overcoming addiction.
- Young parents
- Experiencing family or relationship breakdown
Our services for young people include supported housing services which provide a safe place for young people to live, learn and make the transition to independent adulthood. All support is tailored to each person’s individual needs, through a structured care and support plan which follows the Young Person’s Star model to encourage each person to take control of their lives and work towards achieving their personal goals.
